Specific projects will be used to determine the value scheduling systems add to any project, large or small. Case Study history will be illustrated to confirm the “potential” use of an automated scheduling approach to determining Project Duration, Critical Path, Impact of Risk Events and completion of “what if” decision options. I will discuss two projects. One of $25 Million and one of $600 million. If this doesn’t convince you of the value, nothing will.
