WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

This full-day training will help project managers alleviate the stress and anxiety that comes with working with others to achieve project goals. Team communication skills are critical components to a team’s success and whether or not a project is completed at a high-level. This training will teach you practical skills in reading nonverbal communication as well as diffusing and managing conflict on a team. Additionally, we will cover the art of reading someone’s personality in order to better engage and connect with them. This day will include stimulating discussions, interactive activities, and genuine conversation about how to make your teams stronger and more efficient.
