About the Moderator
Karen Farmer has over eighteen years of experience as a Talent Management/HR professional and has worked with the leading SaaS vendors in the Human Capital Management ( HCM) space. She was worked as a Subject Matter Expert in Performance and Succession Management for the leading talent management vendors. She has also worked as a Professional Implementation Consultant with Success Factors and has implemented Succession Planning for the largest retailer in the USA. She has also led the implementation for Taleo ATS for a large food distributor in the SE region. Karen has held VP positions with Adecco/Lee Hecth Harrison and Director level positions with Career Systems International, a global company specializing in employee retention/engagement, career planning, and strategic talent management. She has held positions as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, LLP and is currently a Senior Project Manager with IBM BrassRing/ATS and IBM LMS Learning Solutions.
