Renata is a project manager professional (PMP) with over 10 years of progressive experience leading planning efforts, project activities and successful teams in public sector, mining, legal services, and financial markets.

She has also worked as vendor manager leading RFP’s, contract negotiations and execution, building strong vendor relationship throughout procurement lifecycle.

Renata is also an internationally trained lawyer (LLB) and member of Brazilian Bar since 2009, specializing in corporate law including contractual language and negotiations. As part of her practice, Renata has supported several M&A and Capital Markets projects.

She obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from FMU University in São Paulo, Brazil, and her certification in International Project Management from University of Toronto.

Renata is an active member of Project Management Institute and volunteered as Vice President of Communications at Toronto Chapter.

She is fluent in English and Portuguese.
