Bio:

Lori currently serves as Manager of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) at Citizens Property Insurance. She and her team coordinate the flow of corporate initiatives through the delivery pipeline. In this role, stakeholder management is essential for balancing priorities and aligning the enterprise. Before her interest in PPM, Lori earned a PhD in Counseling Psychology and Human Systems from Florida State University to focus on understanding and influencing human behavior.
