For our special Military Appreciation Event, PMI-NEFL is honored to feature Paul X Rinn. Retired Navy Captain Paul Rinn is an accomplished Naval Leader and successful businessman, whose career in the Navy spanned almost three decades and encompassed challenging positions in a multitude of key operational assignments, combat encounters as well as significant Pentagon postings. 

Paul's presentation will include:  

1. The importance of building and training teams to handle every situation and to insure you do not overlook or forget anyone in your organization
2. Fundamentals of building a team WRT internal and external communications as well as the importance of inspiring and empowering your people, using real life examples from an extremely stressful and challenging time in his career
3. How the skills you learn in the military are always transferable to the civilian world and why they are happy to have them
