Walter "Bud" Relihan will present "Introducing the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Lean Enterprises". This talk will also include a focus on helping PMI members and other participants understand how their skills and interests may align to the SAFe framework. In addition, throughout the talk, we will gameify an agile vocabulary group exercise with the objective of establishing understanding of agile and SAFe concepts in plain language.
