We have all seen it, experienced it, felt it deeply in our hearts, and despised it. It’s fear in our workplace! We may have been affected by it or influenced by it; in fact, it may be the reason we are here looking for help from our trusted colleagues within PMI-NEFL!

You have come to the right place, for on the evening of July 15th, we will delve deeply into the fear-based workplace and investigate the true cost of FEAR! Perhaps you have been a victim of fear, bullied, or threatened to increase the bottom line, cut costs, cut jobs, or do more with less! We are asked to bring in our projects on time, below budget, and with amazing quality to impress and WOW our stakeholders and managers.

Yet we are all experiencing burnout, layoffs, massive resignations, and a growing sense of dissatisfaction among our project teams and workforce! We are told to “Bring IT every day! Level up! KPI’s! Create dashboards, status reports, report progress, burnup, and burndown charts, and achieve our companies’ goals, no matter what!

It is no wonder that we find ourselves in the middle between our management’s goals and objectives and our project team’s ability to deliver. That is what defines us as Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Construction Managers, and the doers who get it all done!

Please join us in person on Monday, July 15th, from 5:30-8:30 PM for a heartfelt journey where our host and Transformational PQ Coach Dan Gormley (PMI-PMP, ACP, DASSM, CAC, PQ Coach) will help us all identify our ten left-brain Fear-Based Saboteurs by taking www.PositiveIntelligence.com/saboteur assessment before the event. Dan will evaluate our saboteur assessment results to discover our deepest fears. We will learn how to stop our Saboteurs that impede our progress and develop the mental muscle to shift to our right-brain “Love-Based” 5 Sage powers of Empathy, Explore, Innovation, Navigation, and Activation!
