The Project YOU breakout speaker preview and Summit preparation portion will take place at the end of the virtual program. Virtual-only participants may conclude their experience after the primary virtual program.

The conversation will explore career growth, career transitions, transferable skills, adaptability, continuous learning, professional visibility, evolving project roles, and preparing for what comes next—including how AI and other workplace changes are shaping the future of work.

A fourth-generation builder, Journeyman Carpenter, former construction project manager, project consultant, and systems practitioner, Ben brings a perspective shaped by hands-on field experience, project leadership, and systems thinking.
An enterprise transformation and PMO leader with more than 30 years of experience, Craig brings perspective from a career spanning technology delivery, project management, portfolio leadership, and multiple industries.
