About Project YOU
What is Project YOU 2026?

Project YOU 2026 is PMI Northeast Florida’s Professional Growth Summit. The event brings together project professionals, emerging leaders, recruiters, employers, students, sponsors, and industry experts for professional development, career growth, and meaningful connection.

When and where will the in-person Summit take place?

The in-person Summit will take place on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 12:00–4:00 PM at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.

What time should I arrive?

Registration and the Career Connection Experience open at 11:30 AM. The welcome and opening keynote begin at 12:00 PM.

Summit Experience
What is included with in-person Summit registration?

In-person Summit registration includes:

  • Opening keynote
  • Professional development breakout sessions
  • Professional networking lunch and guided networking activity
  • Access to the Career Connection Experience
  • Recruiter, employer, sponsor, and professional networking opportunities
  • Complimentary access to the October 14 Project YOU Virtual Experience
  • Opportunity to earn PMI PDUs based on eligible sessions attended
Is lunch included?

Yes. In-person Summit registration includes a professional networking lunch and guided networking activity.

What is the Career Connection Experience?

The Career Connection Experience is an open professional-development and networking area available from 11:30 AM–4:30 PM. Attendees may connect with recruiters, employers, sponsors, industry representatives, and other project professionals throughout the afternoon.

Do I have to attend every session?

No. There is no single way to experience Project YOU. You may attend both breakout sessions, choose the sessions most relevant to your goals, step out when needed, or spend additional time participating in the Career Connection Experience.

Project YOU Virtual Experience
What is the Project YOU Virtual Experience?

The Project YOU Virtual Experience will take place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 12:00–4:00 PM on Microsoft Teams. The program will include professional development, a career growth panel, guided speed networking, a Summit breakout speaker preview, Summit preparation, and attendee Q&A.

Is the Virtual Experience included with Summit registration?

Yes. Every in-person Summit registration includes complimentary access to the October 14 Project YOU Virtual Experience.

Can I attend virtually without attending the in-person Summit?

Yes. A Virtual Experience Only registration option is available for $25. Virtual-only registration includes access to the October 14 online program and does not include admission to the October 15 in-person Summit.

What are the registration rates?
  • Early Bird: $85 through August 31, 2026
  • Standard: $100 from September 1–30, 2026
  • Late: $120 from October 1–14, 2026
  • Student Registration: $60
  • Virtual Experience Only: $25
Who qualifies for student registration?

The student rate is available to currently enrolled college or university students. A valid student ID is required at Summit check-in.

Will discount codes be available?

Discount codes may be offered to select partners, volunteers, sponsored students, or other eligible groups. Eligibility requirements may vary by code.

PMI PDUs
How many PMI PDUs can I earn?

Participants may earn up to 8 PMI PDUs by attending both the October 14 Virtual Experience and the October 15 in-person Summit. The number and category of PDUs earned will depend on the eligible sessions attended.

How will I report my PMI PDUs?

Attendees will self-report their Project YOU 2026 PDUs. Instructions, claim information, and applicable PDU categories will be provided to attendees.
