Operations Event Management

The VP-Finance & Operations will provide or manage the event on site.  Nametags will be produced using the registration list.  Door prizes shall be obtained to give away. Speaker gifts and fee shall be ready to present. 
Audio-Visual will be arranged for and overseen. Attendee counts will be forwarded to the facility by the agreed to date. Food selection will be agreed to by the VP-Finance & Operations or designee. Seating setup will be supervised.
