This hour-long presentation provides insight to the maturity of an organization’s Project Management Office (PMO). It is not a deep dive into the depths of a project or capability maturity model. It is more of a discussion on how a project-based organization delivers in a consistent and effective manner across the project portfolio. We’ll begin with a quick review of why project management is important followed by what maturity means, it’s important to the company’s bottom line and finally, understanding the essentials of a mature project organization.
