Jan. 2019 Chapter Dinner Meeting: "Accelerated Change: Project Management in 2025 and How to Be Prepared (2 PDU's)

Accelerated change is impacting our profession - don't be left behind. How we manage projects, the role of the project manager, and the required skillsets needed to be successful will radically change over the next several years. Industry 4.0, digitization and the hyper competitive environment are changing customer and consumer expectations, how teams are formed and deliver, and what is defined as success.  In this presentation, we will discuss the future role of project and program managers, the skillsets needed for the future, how your organization can prepare for the transformation, and how you can be that sought-after project manager across all industries.

This session will be worth two (2) PDU's in the PMI PDU category of "Leadership".
