Marney is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) with a strong background in SaaS product implementation, effective change management working with multiple stakeholder roles and internal process improvement. Marney's strengths in individual, team and organizational development allow me and my team to cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships. The application of effective change management techniques allow us to leverage these relationships and ensure success throughout a variety of projects. Marney is an active community member and former military spouse that has called Jacksonville, FL home for little over four years now. After moving from Northern Colorado to Chicago, and Chicago to Florida, my family fell in love with the lush natural habitats (still working on the fear of alligators...) and the friendly community that Jacksonville offered. We chose to settle down here when transitioning out of the military and have made it a point to hike and photograph the beauty around us as often as possible. Marney Ridout, CAPM, ACP Regional Coordinator marney.ridout@gmail.com
Melissa has been with Citizens since 2007. Over the years Melissa has worn many hats. No matter what role Melissa was in, she has always asked to work on projects. Melissa found my niche in managing those projects. So, in 2015, Melissa switched gears and changed my career path from Management to Project Management instead. Working my way up from Project Coordinator to an Intermediate Project Manager. Melissa obtained my PMP in 2017, and PMI-ACP in 2020. Melissa has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management. She loves working with people, motivating teams, and working on process improvement projects. Melissa manages multiple projects for our Quality Improvement team, create and track Strategic Plans and ensure projects are aligned to our strategic goals and initiatives.
