I have over 20 years of IT and project management experience. I started my career in 1995 working my way up from hardware and software technical support, until I found my love for software development and IT based project and product Management. In recent years, I have enjoyed coaching teams and people on the agile values and practices. Through education and experience, I know how valuable the agile practices can be for organizations and the individuals that make them successful. I received my bachelor’s in computer science in 2013 and my master’s degree in Information Technology in 2021 from Florida State University. I'm experienced in motivating teams, solving complex problems and welcome every challenge as an opportunity.
