Larry Flowers is currently an IT Project Manager for Deutsche Bank managing global infrastructure projects. He has been a member of the PMI and NEFL chapter since 2009. Larry was working for Merrill Lynch when the market crashed and he saw his future uncertain as Bank of America bought them. He is grateful for getting his PMP in 2009 ,prior to being laid-off, as it made getting in the door of major companies so much easier. He has since completed his ACP certification in 2014.
Larry has more than twenty-five years of IT and project management experience, having started a computer networking business in the 90s and the fourth internet service provider in Florida which was later sold to EarthLink.
In his downtime, Larry enjoys whatever time he can get with his wife, Kimberly, their four adult children and young and incredible grandson. They enjoy family brunch every Saturday in their backyard, traveling, eating out and have recently discovered Top Golf.
