Eric Williams gave an engaging presentation on “Working with Global Teams,” which was eye-opening for those who work primarily with domestic teams and a great refresher for those who do straddle time-zones and cultures throughout their day.
Drawing on his personal experience as a Practice Manager at Oracle, he reviewed tools and techniques for improving collaboration within teams and delved into some cultural norms that may not be obvious but are vital to understanding how to work with diverse teams. Eric kept the audience on their toes with several Kahoot quizzes as well.
Thank you Eric and we hope to see you again soon!
Special thanks to our sponsor Nova Southeastern University Jacksonville Campus!
